This is a full-time on-site Hub Manager role, located in Nasik. As Hub Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of our Nasik location, including overseeing day-to-day operations, managing leasing and sales, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a relevant field
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment, and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Strong customer service orientation, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for creating exceptional customer experiences

  • 2+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the real estate or hospitality industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and team members
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software Experience with sales and marketing, leasing, and business development
  • Knowledge of local and state real estate laws and regulations is a plus
  • knowledge about housekeeping team management
